CHRISTMAS SONG FOR AIDS CHARITY BY MULTI-NATIONAL MUSICIANSIHP
TANGA with his friends, various musicians throughout the world contributed their talent to create the charity song entitled "All I Want For A Christmas Day," to reach out to those affected with AIDS in Kenya through the non-profit organization, "ILFAR" (The Inada-Lange Foundation for AIDS Research) established in 1993. ILFAR, based in New York, annually travels to Kenya to give medical support to those in need of treatment.
"All I Want For A Christmas Day" was originally written by TANGA and its lyrics were written by TANGA and RUN (U.S.). The participating musicians are Daniel Baeder (Brazil), Bruno Coppini (Brazil), Roger Fife (U.K.) and Ken (Japan). The recordings were done in Sao Paolo, New York, Tokyo and London in 2008.
This CD single was released on December 17, 2008 in the USA and its downloading sale will begin globally on December23, 2008 in the wake of "World AIDS Day" (December 1, 2008) and all proceeds will go to ILFAR.
